Kelemenis & Co. provides a broad range of tax and employment advice. The Tax & Employment Group is in a position to assist clients, indicatively, with advisory services on the overall tax issues and consequences when setting up subsidiaries or branches in Greece; with tax planning guidance in formulating investment strategies; with consulting on direct and indirect tax issues; with advisory services in relation to tax benefits and with planning project financing; and with compliance services relating to obligations arising from intra-group charges. The Group also has a strong capacity in assisting clients with employment matters ranging from drafting employment contracts and compliance with obligatory employment law and national collective agreements to structuring of employee incentives and regulatory obligations and notifications to termination of employment contracts and severances and collective redundancies to secondment agreements, social contribution compliance and arrangements, and employment claims.

The firm’s Regulated Markets Group has built a strong reputation for dealing with the regulation of financial services and capital markets, and with the energy, insurance and pharmaceutical/healthcare industries.
