Anna is a graduate of the law school of the University of Thrace, where she obtained her LL.B degree, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary, University of London, where she graduated with a distinction as well as top of her class. She has a solid academic background in the area of Information Technology law and closely follows a variety of related legal matters, including online defamation, online contracting, e-commerce disputes, data protection, online service providers’ liability and digital copyright. She is the author of the article “Online Defamation: Confronting Anonymity” published in the International Journal of Law and Information Technology (Oxford University Press 2013) and of the article “Online Service Providers and Liability for Data Security Breaches”, published in the Journal of Internet Law (Aspen Publishers, Wolters Kluwer Law & Business 2013). Anna has been with Kelemenis & Co since October 2010. She acts for corporate clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters and commercial disputes, and she regularly advises on cross-border regulatory and compliance issues.
