Lydia obtained her LL.B from the Law School of the University of Thrace and her M.Sc. in tax from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Before joining Kelemenis & Co. she worked with the legal department of Alpha Bank and with law offices specializing in civil and commercial litigation. Following her postgraduate qualification in Tax, she joined the firm and now focuses on taxation acting for corporate clients in relation to tax advisory and compliance services, including international tax, corporate taxation and customs/excise taxes. She also deals with disputes arising from audits and such matters as accounting disallowances, withholding tax, tax refunds and tax penalties, the application of the Code of Books and Records and of double tax treaties.
