Kelemenis & Co. acts in the acquisition of a 50% stake in Aegean Power

The firm has been engaged to act in the sale of the 50% stake in Aegean Power, the second largest power supplier in Greece, owned by the key shareholder of Aegean Oil, Mr. Dimitris Melissanides. Work has involved a wide variety of tasks ranging from drafting the shares’ sale and purchase agreement and security documents to negotiations towards completion. Following completion, the company shall be renamed and rebranded as Hellas Power.
