Kelemenis & Co. acts for Barclays in transaction with AIM-listed company

The firm was today instructed by Barclays Ventures to act for Barclays in the proposed acquisition of the travel company Youtravel.com by an AIM-listed leisure and luxury group. Barclays is the majority shareholder of Youtravel.com, a travel company with operation centres in both Athens and London. London law firm Nabarro acts for the buyers.
