Karotsieris, Sergios

Dr. Sergios Karotsieris is a graduate of the University of Athens, where he obtained his LLB and LLM in Civil Law. He obtained a second LLM in Banking Law and Financial Regulation at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a PON at Harvard Law School. Returning t? Greece, he obtained a PhD in medical law from Panteion University and is currently writing his thesis for a second PhD in Collective Investment Schemes in the University of Athens. Before joining Kelemenis & Co. he worked with law firm “Roussos and Partners”, where he dealt with banking law, commercial law and intellectual property law. At Kelemenis & Co. he deals primarily with banking law, commercial law, international insolvency law, venture capital agreements and secured financing in commercial transactions. He is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish.
