Lapioti, Aspa

Ms. Aspa Lapioti is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens from which she holds both her undergraduate degree in law and her LL.M. Before joining Kelemenis & Co., she worked with the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE), the Greek Centre for Renewable Energy Sources (CRES) and the Greek Regulatory Authority for the telecom and postal services markets (EETT). At Kelemenis & Co. she focuses on energy law and telecoms law as well as on commercial and corporate matters relating to companies in the energy and telecoms sectors. She has published in both scientific journals (e.g. on the development of renewable energy sources, on the right of prior hearing in administrative procedure) and edited volumes. She is fluent in English and has a good working knowledge of German.
