Matsi, Margarita

Margarita Matsi is a graduate of the law school of the University of Athens and has pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Angers, France, where she obtained a “Professional” Masters in Business law. Following her Masters degree, she worked with the Court of Labor cases (Conseil des Prud’ Hommes) of Angers, which is an innovative French institution comprising non-professional judges. In Conseil des Prud’ Hommes she acquired an in-depth knowledge in Labor Law and worked closely with judges and employment lawyers. Her academic background and research interests lie primarily in Labor, Commercial and Tax law as well as International Arbitration. She has written about the dismissal of employees and the protection of their personality in accordance with Greek, Community and International law. She has been with Kelemenis & Co since 2007 and is fluent in French, English and Italian.
