Tsoumita, Manya

Ms Mania Tsoumita holds an LL.B from the University of Thessaloniki and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Humboldt University of Berlin. She has also attended the Erasmus-Socrates programme in the University of Graz in Austria. Early in her career, she trained with law firms “Unverzagt, Broszehl, Feldmann, Have, Reich” and “Blümke, Kühn, Zaimis” in Berlin. In Greece she has previously worked with law firms “Roussos & Partners”, “Dontas Law Office” and “IKRP Rokas & Partners”. She focuses on commercial law, and particularly on corporate and trademark matters. She is the co-author of the book “Copyright Law – Dictionary of Copyright and relative rights of Artists, Journalists and Publishers”. Since 2004 she has been a member of AIJA (the International Association of Young Lawyers) and since 2005 she is a member of the German-Greek Association of Legal Practitioners. She is fluent in German and English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
