Papamichalopoulou, Vicky

Ms Vicky Papamichalopoulou is a graduate of the law school of the University of Athens, where she obtained her LL.B, and of the City University of London, where she obtained an LL.M in International Commercial Law with specialization in Banking and Finance. She has also attended the Erasmus-Socrates Program at Gent University in Belgium. In the past she has worked at the law office Ballas, Pelecanos and Associates. At Kelemenis & Co., she deals primarily with M&A work, corporate governance matters and cross-border commercial agreements. She is fluent in English and French.
