Soultati, Konstantina

Ms. Konstantina Soultati is a graduate of the faculty of law of the University of Thessalonica, from where she holds her LLB, and of the University of Athens, from which she obtained a Masters Degree in Commercial Law. Before joining Kelemenis & Co., Ms. Soultati worked with law firm IKRP where she focused on insurance law (e.g. launching of new financial products), contracts and commercial work (e.g. M&A, SPAs, escrow arrangements, disclaimers/liability clauses), and corporate law (e.g. establishment, operation, corporate governance, and winding up of corporate entities). At Kelemenis & Co., Ms. Soultati focuses on M&A, competition and industry regulation (e.g. energy, tourism, pharmaceuticals). She has been a contributor of case notes to the Greek Commercial Law Review. Ms. Soultati is fluent in English and French.
