Lazaridou-Elmaloglou, Ioanna

Ms Lazaridou-Elmaloglou holds an LL.B from the University of Athens and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol. Her academic background and research interests lie primarily in EU competition and M&As. She is mostly involved in non-contentious work, focusing on corporate and commercial issues (e.g M&A; competition & antitrust; due diligence work; and restructurings). Her recent publications include the Greece chapter on Public Procurement in the “Getting the Deal Through” series published by the International Bar Association and the Global Competition Review, the Greece chapter (with Dr. Andreas Bagias) on Mergers and Acquisitions in the Practical Law Company Handbook: M&A 2007/2008, the Greece chapter (with Dr. Yannis Kelemenis) in the European M&A Review 2007/2008 and the Greece chapter (with Athanassia Papantoniou) on “International Execution against Judgment Debtors” to be published by Oxford University Press in 2008. She is fluent in English and German.
