Dealt with CEO/shareholder fraud within a Piraeus-based limited liability transport company, involving breach of fiduciary duty and consistent unfair competition.
Defended administrative penalties for insider trading imposed by the Greek Capital Markets Committee.
Filed various corporate fraud civil and criminal actions against shareholders and CEOs of several trading companies and applied for several injunction measures and provisional orders.
Filed a civil and a criminal action against the California-based University of La Verne on grounds of corporate fraud exceeding the amount of €5m.
