The firm has substantial expertise in transport insurance where we represent freight forwarders, road carriers and their liability insurers. Our lawyers have handled claims arising from both domestic and international road carriage; most of which are CMR claims.

Our non-contentious work deals primarily with policy wording and with regulatory/corporate issues and reporting requirements of insurance companies.
