following its closure in September 2004.

off series of crew claims, including applications for injunction
measures, commenced against the owners of M/Y Insignia,
a 57-metre mega yacht that has been refitted in Piraeus.
The total value of claims amounted to €1m.
Has
successfully represented shareholders of Greek club IPCA
over management control dispute against the founder of IPCA,
UK company IPCA Ltd.
Dealt
with conflict of laws case between Dutch and Greek rulings
over the lease agreements of power generators by a Dutch
manufacturer to the Greek branch of an American corporation.
Represented
claimants in a high-profile carousel fraud case amounting
to €6.5m.
Acted
for a British University on civil action filed by Greek
computer scientists against the University on grounds of
copyright damages.
Undertaken
shareholder litigation relating to a Piraeus-based limited
liability transport company, involving breach of fiduciary
duty by minority shareholder.
Represented
car dealer against an Italian car manufacturer in damages
action regarding the termination of an exclusive distribution
agreement.
Represented
the Greek subsidiary of a German telecom company in a €1m
claim against its former CEO for breach of fiduciary duty.
Filed
damages claim amounting to €1.2m for the termination
of distribution agreement between Greek trading company
and Belgian manufacturer.
Represented
an investment fund in a series of claims filed against the
fund during its liquidation stage.
Defended
a €1m defrauding of creditors claim commenced by a
major Greek bank.
Represented
the Greek subsidiary of a telecom company in an unfair competition
action against Greek competitor.
Authored
the Greece chapter for the International Comparative Legal
Guide to: Litigation & Dispute Resolution 2008.
