Advised buyer on his acquisition of several, high-value properties in central Athens.
Acted for a Greek-Australian on the issue of a probate.
Represented several claimants against investment brokers for illegal trading and misappropriation of invested funds.
Defended claim of an insurance claim against an insurance broker.
Filed defamation claim of a dental surgeon for allegations of poor medical performance resulting in death of patient.
Acted for an Australian investor on his shareholder dispute with a Greek publishing company.
Acted for investor on a private equity transaction into a Bulgarian retail chain.
Advised shareholder on corporate restructuring and shareholders dilution of a Greek beverage company through the exercise of pre-emption rights
Defended a €1m defrauding of creditors claim commenced by a major Greek bank.
Represented Greek ship-owner in his acquiring the controlling interest of IPCA Cards S.A., a private club offering a wide variety of discount opportunities and programmes to its members.
