The firm has recently undertaken the following assignments:

Acted for most of the cargo owners of F/B ARION, a ro-ro passenger ferry performing services between Piraeus and the Eastern Aegean, following the ship’s grounding off the island of Chios and the conclusion of a LOF (Lloyds' Open Form).
Fended off series of crew claims, including applications for injunction measures, commenced against the owners of M/Y Insignia, a 57-metre mega yacht that has been refitted in Piraeus. The total value of claims amounted to €1m.
Advised a major shipping company on yacht leasing regulations and charterparties; on tax planning and structuring; and on navigating regulations, including treatment of different navigation flags, under Greek law.
Represented borrower in the debt restructuring and refinancing of €2.9m ship finance loan.
Drafted contract for ship maintenance, refit and renewal works in an Italian shipyard.
Acted for buyer in acquisition of a ship management company carrying out negotiations and the company’s legal due diligence.
